We know that loud noises can startle your baby and send her on a crying frenzy. But did you know that bright lights can be equally distracting and cause a kind of sensory overload for your baby?

- Make sure you dim the lights. Pull down shades to reduce natural lighting.
- Turn off TV’s, radios.
- Turn off loud ringers on phones
